This document is applicable to fuelling protocols of hydrogen dispensers for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. This document may also serve as a reference for fuelling protocols of hydrogen dispensers for hydrogen internal combustion engine vehicles, hydrogen ships, hydrogen trams, hydrogen aircrafts, hydrogen engineering vehicles, hydrogen power generation devices, hydrogen transport vehicles, etc. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. GB/T 31138 Hydrogen dispensers 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions and those given in GB/T 31138 apply. 3.1 fuelling protocol operating boundary conditions and fuelling strategies for hydrogen dispensers of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles 3.2 mass capacity of onboard hydrogen storage system total mass of hydrogen stored by onboard hydrogen storage system at 15℃ and nominal working pressure 3.3 dispenser pressure pressure of hydrogen in the fuel delivery pipeline within 1m upstream of the safe-break valve of the hydrogen dispenser 3.4 target pressure pressure of hydrogen expected to be reached by the onboard hydrogen storage system at the shutdown of fuelling 3.5 fuel delivery temperature temperature of hydrogen in the fuel delivery pipeline within 1m upstream of the safe-break valve of the hydrogen dispenser 3.6 pre-cooling temperature of hydrogen temperature of hydrogen in the hydrogen dispenser after passing through the pre-cooling heat exchanger 3.7 average pressure ramp rate average growth rate of hydrogen dispenser pressure from the start to the shutdown of fuelling 3.8 cool soak condition where the temperature of both hydrogen dispenser pipeline and high-pressure hydrogen cylinder of the onboard hydrogen storage system is lower than the ambient temperature 3.9 hot soak condition where the temperature of both hydrogen dispenser pipeline and high-pressure hydrogen cylinder of the onboard hydrogen storage system is higher than the ambient temperature 3.10 fueling with communication fuelling method in which data is exchanged between hydrogen dispenser and onboard hydrogen storage system through wired or wireless means during the fuelling time 3.11 fueling with non-communication fuelling method in which no data exchange is available or valid between hydrogen dispenser and onboard hydrogen storage system during the fuelling time
