本文件规定了家用和类似用途新风净化机（以下简称“新风机”）的产品分类方式、试验条件、测量仪器要求，描述了衰减法和单次过滤效率法以及其他相关的试验方法。
本文件适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250 V，其他器具额定电压不超过480 V的新风机的检验。带有新风功能的其他产品，例如空调器、除湿机等产品的检验参照执行。
注：本文件的新风机测试环境包含实验室环境及现场环境。
