This document is applicable to the registration of civil UAV remote sensing mapping. 2 Normative references The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 41300 Unique Product Identification Code of Civil unmanned aircraft 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 unmanned aircraft system; UAS a set of equipment capable of completing a specific task, based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, equipped with related remote control stations, required command and control links and any other components specified in the design 3.2 UAS remote sensing system unmanned aircraft system equipped with remote sensing sensors for aerial remote sensing activities Note: The unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing system referred to in this document has an empty mass of less than or equal to 116 kg and a total take-off weight of less than or equal to 150 kg. 3.3 UAS flying data longitude, latitude, altitude, speed, direction and other related information of the UAV system flight Note: Corresponding to different levels of digital models such as digital models, knowledge models, and intelligent models, the digital capabilities carried by digital models can be divided into digital capabilities, knowledge capabilities, and intelligent capabilities accordingly. 4 Flight management information content when the UAV remote sensing system is used to perform UAV remote sensing surveying and mapping tasks, flight management information should be transmitted in real time to the unmanned aerial vehicle integrated comprehensive supervision service platform coordinated by the national air traffic management leading agency 5. Flight Management Information Transmission Requirements‌ ‌5.1 Transmission Methods‌ Ultra-high frequency (UHF)/Very high frequency (VHF), cellular networks (mobile networks), Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B), satellite communication, and BeiDou short message services may be used for transmission. One or multiple transmission technologies may be selected based on aircraft payload and flight environment, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and frequency requirements of transmitted content. Flight management information may be transmitted as follows: a) ‌Directly from the UAV remote sensing system flight platform‌ to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Integrated Supervision and Management Service Platform. b) ‌Indirectly via ground reception systems‌: The flight platform transmits data to a ground receiver, which then relays it to the UAV Integrated Supervision and Management Service Platform via network transmission. ‌5.2 Transmission Protocol‌ Compliance with the transmission protocol requirements of the UAV Integrated Supervision and Management Service Platform is mandatory. ‌5.3 Transmission Frequency‌ ‌5.3.1‌ For UHF/VHF, cellular networks, ADS-B, or satellite communication, the transmission frequency shall ‌not be less than 1 time per 5 seconds‌, with ‌1 time per 2 seconds recommended‌. ‌5.3.2‌ For BeiDou short message services, the frequency shall ‌not be less than 1 time per 30 seconds‌. To meet the recommended ‌1 time per 2 seconds‌ in ‌5.3.1‌, the following methods may be adopted: a) ‌Sampling flight management information at 2-second intervals‌. b) ‌Single-card multi-point recording‌: Regulatory identification information is recorded only once per BeiDou short message communication card. Flight management information is sequentially recorded at 2-second intervals. The maximum number of multi-point records per card depends on the card's capacity, the byte size of regulatory identification information, and flight status data (calculated using ‌Formula (1)‌ and rounded down). 5.4 Transmission Delay‌ The end-to-end transmission delay between the drone remote sensing system and the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Integrated Supervision and Management Service Platform shall ‌not exceed 1 second‌. ‌5.5Resume interrupted transmission‌ In case of transmission interruption, flight management information shall be ‌temporarily stored‌ and ‌resubmitted‌ after connectivity is restored.
