1 Scope
This document specifies safety requirements, technical requirements, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage for large-scale full-feeding combine harvesters, and describes corresponding test methods.
This document applies to the manufacturing of full-feeding combine harvesters (hereinafter referred to as "combine harvesters") with rated feeding capacity not less than 12kg/s, supporting power greater than 160kW, capable of harvesting crops including rice, wheat, soybeans, and corn kernels through adaptation of different functional components.

4 Safety Requirements
4.1 The product design and structure shall be reasonable to ensure no hazards during operation and maintenance by personnel according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4.2 Protective devices shall be provided for exposed moving parts including transmission shafts, pulleys, gears, sprockets, belts and chains. The protective devices shall comply with GB 10395.1. For functional components requiring exposure such as cutter bars, reel, augers and straw spreaders on the header, safety signs conforming to GB/T 10396 shall be fixed nearby.
4.3 The combine harvester shall be equipped with:
Working lights covering the entire header, shredder spreading area and unloading area
Retro-reflective markings complying with NY/T 2612 at both ends of the header
4 headlights (high/low beam, luminous intensity ≥8000 cd)
2 front position lamps, 2 rear position lamps
2 front turn signals, 2 rear turn signals
2 backup lamps, 2 stop lamps
4.4 The combine harvester shall be equipped with backup alarm, travel alarm and 2 rearview mirrors.
4.5 Cab glass shall use safety glass conforming to GB 9656.
4.6 Noise levels shall comply with GB 19997.

1 Scope
