1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, and marking, packaging and transportation of diecasting die components.
This standard is applicable to diecasting die components.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 145 Center holes
GB/T 230.1 Metallic materials - Rockwell hardness test - Part 1: Test method (scales A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, N, T)
GB/T 231.1 Metallic materials - Brinell hardness test - Part 1: Test method
GB/T 825 Eyebolts
GB/T 1184-1996 Geometrical tolerancing - Geometrical tolerances for features without individual tolerance indications

GB/T 4678 (all parts) Die-casting die components
GB/T 6403.5 Relief grooves for grinding wheels
3 Requirements
3.1 The limit deviation of the dimensions without individual tolerance indications in the drawings shall meet the requirements of Class m in GB/T 1804-2000, Clause 5.
3.2 The shape and position tolerances not noted in the drawings shall meet the requirements of Class H in GB/T 1184-1996, Clause 5.
3.3 The components shall be free of defects such as rust, bumps and dents.
3.4 The materials selected for die components shall meet the technical standards of corresponding designation. Materials with performance superior to those recommended in GB/T 4678 are allowed.
3.5 The components shall have uniform hardness after heat treatment and be free of cracks, decarburization or oxide spots.
