1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, information security requirements and reading requirements for the electronic identity of electric bicycles, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to the design, testing and application of products related to the electronic identity of electric bicycles.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 electronic identity of the electric bicycle
A digital identity certificate that associates the attribute information of an electric bicycle and identifies the uniqueness of the electric bicycle in the road traffic environment.
NOTE: Its code is a combination of digits and letters that can be recognised by electronic equipment.
3.2 carrier of electronic identity of the electric bicycle
A UHF radio frequency identification secure chip used to carry the electronic identity of the electric bicycle, with an authorised access mechanism and cryptographic operation function.
3.3 QR code of electronic identity of the electric bicycle
A QR code that contains the electronic identity of the electric bicycle and its associated information.
NOTE: Used on the electric bicycle license plate or in a smart mobile terminal application.
3.4 chip identifier
A code that identifies the uniqueness of the carrier of the electronic identity of the electric bicycle.

4 General Requirements
4.1 Electronic identity code for electric bicycle
The electronic identity code for electric bicycle (hereinafter referred to as “electronic identity code”) consists of a 1digit identifier code “D”, a 4digit Arabic numeral manufacturer identification code and an 8digit Arabic numeral serial code. The encoding rules are shown in Figure 1.
4.2 Electronic identity carrier for electric bicycle
The electronic identity carrier for electric bicycle (hereinafter referred to as “carrier”) shall comply with the following requirements:
a) The carrier is connected to an antenna and embedded in the electric bicycle license plate to enable reading applications. The technical parameters of the carrier are given in Annex A;
b) The storage partitions, storage capacity and storage content of the carrier shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.3 QR code of electronic identity for electric bicycle
The QR code of electronic identity for electric bicycle (hereinafter referred to as “QR code”) shall comply with the following requirements:
a) The QR code on the electric bicycle license plate (hereinafter referred to as “license plate QR code”) contains the electronic identity code, license plate territorial information, license plate number, license plate type and other information, and shall be encoded in accordance with B.1 of Annex B;
b) The QR code displayed by the smart mobile terminal application (hereinafter referred to as “application QR code”) contains the electronic identity code, license plate number, license plate type, brand model, vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information, and shall be encoded in accordance with B.2 of Annex B;
c) The generation of the QR code symbol shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 18284.
