本标准规定了由纯音听力计气导耳机发出的窄带掩蔽噪声的基准级。窄带掩蔽噪声的基准级，是指当掩蔽耳机放在适当的声耦合腔、耳模拟器或仿真耳上时，要加到GB/T 4854.1或GB/T 16402中所规定的各相应频率的纯音基准等效阈声压级上的数值。本标准给出1/3倍频程和1/2倍频程带宽掩蔽噪声的基准级。
