本标准规定了用气相色谱-热能分析仪(GO-TEA)测定啤酒中挥发性N-亚硝胺的测定方法。本标准适用于啤酒中N-亚硝基二甲胺含量的测定。仪器的最低检出量为0.1ng，在试样取样量为50g，浓缩体积为0.5mL，进样体积为10μL时，本方法的最低检出浓度为0.1μg/kg；在取样量为20g，浓缩体积为1.0mL，进样体积为5μL时，本方法的最低检出浓度为1.0μg/kg。
