Introduction of GB/T 5169.17-2008

GB/T5169的本部分规定了比较塑料和其他非金属材料样品相对燃烧特性及其耐烧穿能力的小型实验室筛选法。比较试验使用标称功率为500W的火焰引燃源。本方法适用于固体材料和表观密度等于或大于250kg/m3(按ISO845:1988规定的方法测定)的泡沫塑料。本方法不适用于遇火蜷缩但不起燃的薄材料,对这种材料宜使用ISO9773:1998。
本试验方法意在描述材料特性,例如可用于质量控制,但不适用于评定建筑材料和建筑器具的着火性能。本试验方法可用于材料的预选,但在试验时材料的厚度要等于实际应用的最小厚度才能获得明确的结果。虽然这些试验结果提供了塑料在使用时的某些特性,但绝不能仅以此来保证使用时的安全性能。
