Flash point (closed cup): the lowest temperature that the escaped vapor causes instant flash fire at the existence of fire when the specimen in the closed cup is heated under the conditions specified in this standard. Note: for the purpose of this standard, the flash point shall be corrected according to standard atmosphere pressure 101.3kPa (1013mbar or 760mmHg).
