Introduction of GB/T 7396-1987

本标准对电视差转机性能的测量方法作了规定。本标准适用于由2.3.1所定义的，按现行电视标准工作的电视差转机。本标准中的大部分测量方法也适用于不发生频率移置的转播设备。本标准规定了为评定电视差转机的基本性能（特别是某些特性的测量结果因方法而异）而规定了以及可供选用的测量方法和细则。本标准不强求测量所提到的所有特性，可以选测某些项目，也可增加一些其它项目。但所增加项目的测量方法需注意参照公认的国内或国际有关标准。对性能指标的可接受容限范围本标准未作规定，通常由产品标准或使用部门的技术要求加以规定。本标准中所述测量方法适用于定型试验，也适用于交收试验和成品试验。
