Introduction of GB/T 7480-1987

本标准适用于测定饮用水、地下水和清洁地面水中的硝酸盐氮。本方法适用于测定硝酸盐氮浓度范围在0.02～2.0mg/L之间。浓度更高时可分取较少的试份测定。最低检出浓度：采用光程为30mm比色皿时，试份体积为50ml时，最低检出浓度为0.02mg/L。灵敏度：当使用光程为30mm的比色皿，试份体积为50ml，硝酸盐氮含量为0.60mg/L时，吸光度约为0.6个单位。适用光程为10mm的比色皿，试份体积为50ml，硝酸盐氮含量为2.0mg/L时，其吸光度约0.7单位。干扰：水中含氯化物、亚硝酸盐、铵盐、有机物和碳酸盐时，可产生干扰。含此类物质时，应作适当的前处理，以消除对测定的影响。
