Introduction of GB/T 7764-2017

本标准规定了用两种红外光谱法对生胶、硫化胶、未硫化胶及热塑性弹性体进行鉴定的方法。第一种方法是透射分析法。第二种方法是反射分析法。
使用反射分析法(衰减全反射ATR)和透射分析法(薄膜)得到的光谱比较图参见附录A。
反射分析法和透射分析法都包括了使用橡胶的热解产物进行测定或者通过薄膜法对溶液制膜或模压制膜(只限生胶)进行红外分析。
典型的红外光谱图参见附录B。
本方法应由有试验经验人员进行样品的制备和红外光谱的分析。为获得更好的结果按照产品说明书操作光谱仪。本标准中不包括红外光谱仪的详细操作说明。
本方法仅适用于定性分析。
