本标准于１９８７年首次发布，本次为第一次修订。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ８３８１—１９８７《饲料中黄曲霉毒素Ｂ１ 的测定方法》。 本标准规定了饲料中黄曲霉毒素Ｂ１的两种测定方法，并只能用于半定量测定。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ８３８１—１９８７相比，主要变化如下：
———在试剂条款中，删除黄曲霉毒素Ｂ１ 标准溶液制备时仪器校正内容，并增加黄曲霉毒素Ｂ１ 三氯甲烷标准溶液制备与浓度测定；
———层析时可选择的展开剂种类由两种增至五种；
———方法Ａ———单向薄层色谱法中，增加不同体积的标准溶液和样品溶液的点样点；
———方法Ｂ———双向薄层色谱法中，减少辅助板的数量，并且点样的分布方式不同；
———检测中增加薄层扫描仪荧光法；
———确证试验中增加硫酸推测试验。
