GB/T 9374-2012 Basic parameters for sound broadcasting receivers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic parameters, classification, limit indicators and corresponding measurement conditions of sound broadcasting receivers.
This standard is applicable to sound broadcasting receivers (hereinafter referred to as receivers) and tuners, as well as to the radio part of radio-recorders; however, it does not apply to special models (such as car radios), agreed products and toy radios, nor does it apply to digital radios.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Basic parameters of sound receivers
3.1 AM receivers
The basic parameters and measurement conditions of AM receivers are listed in Table 1.

3.3 Supplementary description
See Annex A for the supplementary description of basic parameters and measurement conditions for sound broadcasting receivers.
4 Classification of receivers
The limit indicators of basic parameters, except for some general ones, are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C. In which, the receiving performance indicators, i.e., items (2-6) in Table 1 or Table 2 and items (11-14) in Table 2, shall maintain the same type of design. The fidelity indicators, i.e., items (7-9) in Table 1 or Table 2, shall also maintain the same type of design. For the receiving performance indicators and the fidelity indicators, a unified or distinct design may be adopted, and this selection shall be made rationally according to the specific product conditions. For the same receiver, the categories of AM and FM shall be consistent in principle. However, when limited by conditions, the receiving performance indicators may also be designed adjacently but differently.
Please refer to Annex B for the relevant requirements and description of production standard.
5 Measurement method
5.1 Measurement method of AM receivers
The measurement method of AM receivers shall be in accordance with GB/T 2846.
5.2 Measurement method of FM receivers
The measurement method of FM receivers shall be in accordance with GB/T 6163.
6 Requirements for standard atmospheric conditions and power supply for measurement
Unless otherwise specified, all receivers shall be measured under the following atmospheric conditions and according to the following power supply requirements.
——Ambient temperature: 15℃ to 35℃;
——Relative humidity: 25% to 75%;
