1 Scope This technical guide specifies the technical requirements for connecting large-scale PV power station (100KW or above) to electric power systems. This technical guide is applicable to PV power stations connected to the grid by electric transmission line (voltage class of 10 KV or above). 2 Normative References The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this technical guide. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding the correction contents), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this technical guide are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the documents indicated below. The power factor (PF) shall be calculated by the following formula:
