Total mass monitoring of vehicle 1 Scope This document specifies the specifications, test methods and instructions for total mass monitoring of vehicle. This document is applicable to Classes N3 and O4 vehicles, and vehicle combinations of them, installed with the total mass monitoring system of vehicle. The total mass information, in tons (t) or kilograms (kg), shall be clearly visible day and night. The test shall be conducted in accordance with 5.2, and the indicating value total mass monitoring system of vehicle shall meet the requirements of 4.1.2. 4.1.2 The accuracy of total mass monitoring system of vehicle can be divided into three classes: A, B and C. The maximum permissible average relative error, ε, and the requirement of indicating scale interval, d, are shown in Table 1.
