本标准规定了建筑行业职业病危害预防控制的基本要求、职业病危害因素的识别、防护措施及应急救援等要求。
本标准适用于从事土木工程、建筑工程、线路管道和设备安装工程及装修工程的新建、扩建、改建和拆除等施工活动的企业、事业及个体经济组织的职业病危害预防控制及卫生行政部门、建设主管部门和项目监理对施工企业的职业卫生监督。
