1 Scope
This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance provisions, delivery preparation, etc. for phase-stabilized grade of prilled ammonium nitrate.
This specification is applicable to nickel oxide-modified phase-stabilized grade of prilled ammonium nitrate (hereinafter referred to as "PSAN").

3 Requirements
3.1 Appearance
PSAN shall be approximately spherical particles that are light green in color and free of visible impurities to the naked eye.
3.2 Physical and chemical properties
The physical and chemical properties of PSAN shall meet those specified in Table 1.
