1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for ultra-high strength steel forgings of aerospace solid rocket motors.
This standard applies to hot-rolled forgings of 30Si2MnCrMoVE, 31Si2MnCrMoVE and 30Cr3SiNiMoVA. It may apply to hot-rolled rings by reference.
