In case the material performance data required in 3.0.1 is incomplete, the manufactory shall conduct re-inspection or supplement, and the materials can only be applied after being regarded as qualified. 3.0.3 If the steel manufacturer has not conducted non-destructive inspection according to the requirements of 3.0.1, the manufactory shall conduct the non-destructive inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the design document, the non-destructive inspection method and the grade assessment of the steel used for pressure components shall be conducted according to those specified in Table 3-1. If there is no special requirement in design, the qualification grade shall be in accordance with those specified in Tables 3-2~3-5. 3.0.4 The surface quality of the steel plates used for pressure components shall meet the following requirements. The steel plate surface quality after the vessel is completed shall also meet such requirements. 1 Such local defects with the depth not exceeding half the negative thickness deviation as scratching, roll mark, pockmark and roughness after scaling off are allowed to be on the steel plate surface.
