本标准规定了搪玻璃设备用卡子的型式、基本参数、主要尺寸及技术要求。
本标准适用于搪玻璃设备用A、B型卡子。
A型卡子适用于设计温度高于-20℃～200℃，设计压力小于等于1.0 MPa的搪玻璃设备，当材料选用35钢时，适用于设计压力为小于或等于0.6 MPa的搪玻璃设备；B型卡子适用于设计温度-10～C 1200℃，设计压力小于等于0.25 MPa的搪玻璃设备。
