HG/T 3113-2019 Circular-block type impervious graphite heat exchanger 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of circular block hole graphite heat exchangers. This standard is applicable to circular block impervious graphite heat exchangers made of impermeable graphite materials (hereinafter referred to as circular block impervious heat exchangers). Other heat exchangers of similar construction can also be used as reference. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 26961 Hydraulic pressure test method of graphite lined equipment HG/T 2370 Specification condition of impervious graphite chemical process equipment HG/T 47003.1 Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels 3 Terms and definitions For the purpose of this Standard, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 Circular- block type impervious graphite heat exchanger The heat exchanger is composed of a shell body and a number of circular block hole type graphite heat exchange. The shell material is metal or non-metal. 3.2 Circular- block type graphite heat exchange block The graphite heat exchanger block obtained after marking is cylindrical in shape and has different number of holes inside. 4 Product classification 4.1 Structural type 4.1.1 The graphite heat exchanger with circular hole is classified into Type I and Type II. The bottom head without gas-liquid separator is Type I, and the bottom head with gas-liquid separator is Type II. 4.1.2 The structure type of Type I circular-block hole type graphite heat exchanger is shown in Figure 1. The structure type of Type II circular-block hole type graphite heat exchanger is shown in Figure 2.
