本标准规定了云铁酚醛防锈漆的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、贮存等。
本标准适用于由酚醛漆料与云母氧化铁等防锈颜料研磨后，加人催干剂及混合溶剂调制而成的云铁酚醛防锈漆。该漆防锈性能好，干燥快，遮盖力、附着力强，无铅毒。主要用于钢铁桥梁、铁塔、车辆、船舶、油罐等户外钢铁结构上作防锈打底之用。
