采用直接进样法,进样体积 5 μL 时,17 种氟喹诺酮类抗生素的方法检出限 1.2 μg/L~1.9 μg/L,测定下限 4.8 μg/L~7.6 μg/L,详见附录 A。直接进样法不适用于海水样品测定。
采用固相萃取法,取样量 1 L,定容体积 1.0 mL,进样体积 5 μL 时,17 种氟喹诺酮类抗生素的方法检出限 1.2 ng/L~2.0 ng/L,测定下限 4.8 ng/L~8.0 ng/L,详见附录 A。
