当取样量为10.0 g，定容体积为1.0 ml 时，用紫外检测器测定16 种多环芳烃的方法检出限为3 μg/kg～5 μg/kg，测定下限为12 μg/kg～20 μg/kg；用荧光检测器测定16 种多环芳烃的方法检出限为0.3 μg/kg～0.5 μg/kg，测定下限为1.2 μg/kg～2.0 μg/kg。详见附录A。
