JB/T 10008-1999 本标准是对 ZB J42 006-87《测量蜗杆》的修订，修订时仅按有关规定作了编辑必修改，主要技术内容未改变。本标准规定了精度等级为 1 级、2 级和 3 级测量蜗杆的结构型式和尺寸，技术要求，图样标注及标志与包装等。本标准适用于法向模数 mm=0.1~10mm、头数 Z=1!3 的渐开线测量蜗杆。该测量蜗杆为基准测量件，用于齿轮双面啮合测量仪、单面啮合测量仪及齿轮整体误差测量仪。本标准于 1987 年首次发布。
