本标准规定了电动螺丝刀的基本参数和型式、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则等要求。
本标准适用于一般环境条件下，拧紧或拆卸机螺钉、螺母和木螺钉、自攻螺钉的交直流两用、单相串激电动螺丝刀(以下简称螺丝刀)。
本标准不适用于直流螺丝刀、墙板螺丝刀及定扭矩螺丝刀。
