本文件规定了电线电缆用可交联聚乙烯绝缘料的技术要求，描述了相应的试验方法，规定了检验规则及包装、标志、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于以聚乙烯为基料，掺有交联剂等助剂，经塑化造粒制成的过氧化物交联聚乙烯、硅烷交联聚乙烯和辐照交联聚乙烯的绝缘料的制造。其适用范围为：
——（1～35）kV过氧化物交联聚乙烯绝缘料；
——（1～10）kV硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘料；
——（1～10）kV辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘料。
