本标准规定了额定挂钩牵引力不大于20kN的蓄电池牵引车的术语、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则、标志、运输。本标准适用于乘驾式额定挂钩牵引力不大于20kN的蓄电池牵引车。本标准亦适用于额定推顶力不大于20kN（含20kN）的蓄电池推顶车，额定挂钩牵引力不大于20kN的其他操纵形式蓄电池牵引车可参照使用。
