本标准规定了低压铸造机能耗的测试、计算及状态参数描述。
本标准适用于坩埚式井式加热低压铸造机和熔池式辐射式加热低压铸造机及熔池式浸入式加热低压铸造机的能耗测定。
本标准适用于铝合金低压铸造机的成套设备，包括电机（包含油泵电机、水冷电机）和保温炉（含保温套、加压室及保温室）等设备的能耗测定。
本标准不适用于砂型低压铸造机、感应加热的低压铸造机。
