JB/T 4287-1999 本标准是对 JB 4287-86《JT-0.8 和 2JT-0.8 型矿用提升绞车》的修订。修订时将对块式制动矿用提升绞车的要求移至 JB/T 7888.2-1999《JTK 型矿用提升绞车》中；增列了卷筒直径为 1m 和 1.2m 规格的绞车。本标准规定了制动形式为带式的矿用提升绞车的产品分类，技术要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于煤矿和其它矿山作提升绞车和下放物料用的隔爆型及非隔爆型带式制动矿用提升绞车。本标准于 1986 年 8 月 15 日首次发布。
