JB/T 82-2015 Steel pipe welding neck flanges 1 Scope This standard specifies the type, dimensions, technical requirements, and markings of steel pipe welding neck flanges. This standard is applicable to steel pipe welding neck flanges with nominal pressures of PN2.5~PN200. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. YB/T 74 Specification for steel pipe flanges JB/T 75 Steel pipe flanges - Types and parameters 3 Types and dimensions 3.1 Steel pipe welding neck flanges are divided into series 1 and series 2 steel pipe welding neck flanges, with series 1 being the preferred recommendation for use. 3.2 The types of sealing faces for steel pipe welding neck flanges as well as the applicable nominal pressure and nominal dimension ranges shall meet those specified in Table 1. Table 1 Types of sealing faces for steel pipe welding neck flanges as well as the applicable nominal pressure and nominal dimension ranges 3.3 The types of steel pipe welding neck flanges shall meet those specified in Figures 1 to 5. The dimensions of the flange sealing faces shall meet those specified in Tables 2, 3, and 13. Other dimensions of the flanges shall meet those specified in Tables 4 to 13. The neck thickness dimension S in the tables is the minimum value, and the actual dimensions shall be determined based on user requirements or the dimension of the steel pipe.
