1 Scope This standard specifies calculation method for the basic dynamic load ratings life of the spherical plain bearings. This standard is applicable to radial spherical plain bearings, angular contact spherical plain bearings, thrust spherical plain bearings and spherical plain bearings rod ends whose dimension ranges are in accordance with GB/T 9161, GB/T 9162, GB/T 9163 and GB/T 9164, and technical conditions are in accordance with those specified in relevant standards. This standard is not applicable to spherical plain bearings for special structures or working under abnormal service conditions, such as special materials, special sliding contact surface, special clearance, inner and outer rings with relatively oversize inclination, shaft or housing with oversize deformation. 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard.
