本标准适用于用A型脉冲反射式超声探伤设备测量厚度大于或等于5mm的球墨铸铁材料，被测材料与超声波能量传播方向垂直的两个表面之间的平行度应在±3°之间，与超声探头耦合的表面粗糙度应不高于6.3μm。
