本标准规定了在正常情况下(不包括雷电、地震、磁场、核辐射及其他意外偶然事故所造成的环境，以及气象仪器本身内部造成的微气候条件)直接影响气象仪器性能的工作环境条件和地面固定使用的气象仪器在正常使用中所遇到的环境参数，以及由于多种参数组合而造成的严酷等级。气象仪器产品在研制、设计、使用和制定标准的过程中，应选取本标准中规定的某一等级，作为该产品的工作环境条件。
本标准适用子固定安装在地面上，工作环境为无气候防护和有气候防护的条件下所使用的气象仪器。
本标准中的工作环境条件范围等级.当不满足气象仪器及特殊情况下的使用要求时，则该仪器可
