本标准规定了非烧结垃圾尾矿砖的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存、装卸及其它要求等。
本标准适用于以淤泥、建筑垃圾、焚烧垃圾等为主要原料，掺入少量水泥、石膏、石灰、外加剂、胶结剂等胶凝材料，经粉碎、搅拌、压制成型、蒸压、蒸养或自然养护而成的一种实心非烧结垃圾尾矿砖。
非烧结垃圾尾矿砖可作为一般房屋建筑墙体的材料。
