本标准规定了混凝土和钢筋混凝土排水管接口用橡胶密封圈的产品分类和标记、材料与制造、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存以及使用规定等。
本标准适用于用天然橡胶、合成橡胶制成的，管道内输送介质为雨水、污水的混凝土和钢筋混凝土无压排水管及钢筋混凝土低压排水管接口用橡胶密封圈。本标准不适用于用遇水膨胀橡胶制成的，输送饮用水及输送有特殊腐蚀作用的工业污水的管道接口用橡胶密封圈。
