本标准规定了低温辐射电热膜的术语和定义、分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、使用说明书、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于建筑供热用低温辐射电热膜。其单相装置的额定电压不超过250V,其他装置的额定电压不超过480V。其他行业的电热采暖用电热膜也可参照使用。
