本规则规定了由一个或多个加热单元（包括组合式器具中的电磁灶单元），每个加热单元的额定功率为700W~2800W组成的家用电磁灶的能源效率标识的计量要求、计量检测程序、计量检测方法、计量检测结果评定准则和检测报告等内容。
本规则适用于电磁灶能源效率标识计量监督检测。委托检测可参考本规则进行。生产和销售电磁灶产品的单位亦可参照本规则进行检测。
本规则不适用于商用电磁灶、工频电磁灶和凹灶。
