本规程适用于工作频率为45 Hz~55 Hz，工作电流不小于1 A的大型接地网接地阻抗测试仪或装置（以下简称测试仪）的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检查。
本规程不适于电池供电、手摇发电机及模拟指示的接地电阻表。
