本标准规定了钢筋混凝土船板材、骨材等截面构造形式，板材与骨材之间以及与安装件之间的连接和局部加强等结构节点和图例。
本标准适用于沿海及内河水域的各类船长不大于l00m的非自航钢筋混凝土船舶和其它水上飘浮建筑物;对于大于100m的钢筋混凝土船舶可参照使用。
