为了加强粮油仓库工程建设项目质量管理,指导和规范粮油仓库项目建设工程验收,保证工程质量和安全,制定本规程。
本规程适用于粮食平房仓、筒仓、浅圆仓、楼房仓、储罐及辅助生产、办公生活设施等粮油仓库项目新建、扩建、改建的建设工程验收。
本规程不适用于粮油仓库工程中的铁路专用线、专用码头等独立工程的验收。
