本标准是根据矿灯制造技术、矿灯充电控制技术的不断发展，对MT/T 68-1992《自动电压控制型
酸性矿灯充电架通用技术条件》和MT 129-1985(碱性矿灯充电架通用技术条件》进行修订的。
本标准将各类矿灯(酸性、碱性)充电架归人，标准名称相应改为《矿灯充电架》，提高了标准的适用
性.在MT/T 68-1992和MT 129-1985的基础上增加了产品型号编制方法、湿热性能试验、充电指示
器的防尘抗静电试验。
