1 Scope
This standard specifies the factory test method and inspection rules for static coal plows for longwall mining face in coal mining underground.
This standard is applicable to static coal plows used in longwall coal mining face (hereinafter referred to as “plow”).

3 Test for the Gearbox of Plow Unit
For the test of the gearbox of plow unit (hereinafter referred to as “gearbox”), refer to the standards mentioned in Annex A (Informative).
3.1 Test preparation
After each gearbox is assembled, place it horizontally on the test bench, inject the oiliness and oil mass required by the design, and switch on power supply. If a cooling system is installed, the cooling water shall be connected to the water pressure and flow rate required by the design.
