1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions of veterinary laboratory biosafety management, basic requirements for establishment and operation of biosafety management system, compilation principle of emergency disposal plan and basic requirements for safety and security, biosafety report and continual improvement. This standard is applicable to all veterinary laboratories within the territory of the People's Republic of China. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
