本标准规定了交流转页扇(以下简称“转页扇”)的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于电压不超过250V、由单相交流电动机驱动的家用和类似用途的转页式台扇、壁扇、顶扇、落地扇和台地扇。
本标准不适用于其他特殊条件下使用的转页扇。
本标准所包含的转页扇和调速器，其安全要求应符合GB4706.27的规定。
