QB/T 2920-2018 Case and bag - Test method for traveling
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for traveling of travelling case and trolley bag.
This standard is applicable to various travelling cases and trolley bags with wheels.
2 Principle
2.1 Method A
Load the specified load into the test specimen, and use the friction and impact between the test roller of the roller traveling test machine and the test specimen wheels to generate impact oscillation and wear on the test specimen, simulate the use of luggage traveling for continuous traveling test, inspect the quality of the test specimen wheels, wheel shaft, wheel frame, pull rod, and case, and calculate the wear of the wheels.
2.2 Method B
Load an appropriate amount of load into the test specimen, and use the friction and impact between the jolting board and the test specimen wheel during the movement of the conveyor belt of the conveyor belt traveling test machine to produce impact oscillation and wear on the test specimen, simulate the use of luggage traveling and conduct continuous traveling tests to inspect the quality of the test specimen wheel, axle, wheel frame, pull rod, and case. Calculate the wear of the wheels.
3 Devices
3.1 Roller traveling test machine
The roller traveling test machine shall include the components specified in 3.1.1 to 3.1.4.
3.1.1 The cement testing roller has a diameter of (216 ± 2) mm and is equipped with a protruding steel bar (r=0.5 mm) with a width of (30 ± 1) mm and a surface protrusion thickness of (3.0 ± 0.5) mm on the roller surface. The length of the testing roller is greater than the maximum distance between the parallel wheels of the tested specimen (about 600 mm).The formula for the cement testing roller is: sand (medium sand): cement (42.5, P · 0)=3:2. There shall be no honeycomb, no rough surface or bubbles on the surface.
The two test rollers of the double roller testing machine shall be on the same horizontal plane, and the distance between the two test rollers can be adjusted. The rotation direction of the two test rollers shall be opposite.
