1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage for Polyvinyl chloride artificial leather for automotive (hereinafter referred to as the “artificial leather”). This standard is applicable to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) artificial leather for automotive, which is made from PVC resin with plasticizer and other additives, knitted or plane woven fabric as the base, through calendering or coating.
