本标准适用于化妆品中六价铬含量的测定。当称样量为2 g时，二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法的检出限为0.25 mg/kg，定量限为0.83 mg/kg；离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法检出限为0.010 mg/kg，定量限为0.033 mg/kg。
